Purchasing perfume should be a delightful experience. If a scent isn’t quite your match, return it within 7 days for a full refund—no questions asked!

To initiate a return, visit our returns page or email us at info@pierreperfumes.com. $8 return shipping fee applies. Please note, returns sent without prior authorisation will not be processed.

Damages and issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you find any defects, damage, or incorrect items, contact us right away so we can address the issue promptly and make things right.

Exchanges
For the quickest exchange process, please return the original item first. Once your return is approved, we will issue store credit to your account, which can be used for another purchase. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can process a refund to your account, which may take up to 15 business days to reflect.

After we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
